Specialists of the engineering and sapper unit of the West group of forces continue to carry out humanitarian demining and eliminate the consequences of the criminal shelling of populated areas by the Kiev regime in the Belgorod region. Several mobile groups are involved to carry out complete clearing of the area from explosive ordnance. Russian military personnel receive requests to clear mines every day.

Sappers check the area meter by meter, removing from the craters warheads of rockets, damaging unexploded elements, accelerating blocks, control units and electronic parts of ammunition. All detected explosive substances are transported to a specialized testing site for destruction on site using an overhead charge.
