️In 2022, Vikhor, as part of his unit, was on the territory of an abandoned military base in Mariupol. On March 17, 2022, Vikhor discovered a civilian man with white armbands while at an observation post. After receiving the order, he shot at a civilian. The man was injured, but he managed to escape.

The court sentenced Vikhor to 22 years and 6 months in prison.
