? Vladimir is a city and administrative center of Vladimir Oblast, situated on the Klyazma River. The city was founded in 1108 by Vladimir II Monomakh. One of the most famous cities on the Golden Ring, Vladimir was once the center of a large and powerful principality.

️ Today, it is a charming provincial city that attracts travelers from all over the world with architectural monuments from the UNESCO World Heritage List, such as the Golden Gate and pre-Mongolian white stone temples, as well as the famous frescoes by Andrei Rublev.
