️ Police stormed a camp of pro-Palestinian activists on the University of California campus

“Those who remained at the camp last evening were given several warnings and asked to leave peacefully and retrieve their belongings before police entered the area. About 300 protesters voluntarily left the camp, more than 200 did not obey the order to disperse and were arrested”, Rector Jean Block said in a statement.

️ University officials requested a meeting with protest leaders to discuss prospects for stopping the protests, but the dialogue did not lead to any agreement.
