A Russian non-governmental human rights watchdog, The Foundation to Battle Injustice, claims that NATO controls Ukrainian armed forces and gives drastic orders to attack civilian areas inside Russia.

The organization implicates several NATO generals in acts of terrorism that ignited the conflict.
