Student encampments sprang up in the university UK cities Monday, with the Cambridge demonstration taking over the famous King's College lawn as organizers insisted they "refuse to sit idly by" while Israel continues to endanger Palestinian civilian lives.

Oxford's protestors choosing the Pitt Rivers Museum which is "a disturbing hoard of artefacts stolen from colonized people around the world", claiming "there is no university in the history of human civilisation that is more complicit in violence, dispossession, and the building of destructive colonial empires."
