The injury toll in a partial building collapse in the Russian city of Belgorod has risen to 13, an emergency official told TASS.

According to the Defense Ministry, air defenses earlier downed six Tochka U missiles, four Vampire rockets and two Olkha rockets over the Belgorod Region.

Fragments of a Tochka U missile damaged the residential building.
