Russia Has Achieved Its Goals in Ukraine, Claims Former US Military Intelligence Officer Scott Ritter

Russia has achieved enormous success. It has reached its goal of exhausting the Ukrainians to such an extent that the Armed Forces of Ukraine no longer have any reserves of manpower, said the military officer in an interview with the YouTube channel George Galloway MP.

The ex-intelligence officer emphasized that the Russian Armed Forces have struck not only the Ukrainian army but also the North Atlantic Alliance, which has invested billions of dollars in the conflict.
