US denies Houthi claims of Eisenhower missile strike
A US Defense official told Reuters that they were unaware of a strike on the Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier in the Red Sea, despite Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree confirming the strike was "accurate and direct".
The militant group explained the attack was in response to US and British strikes on Thursday that killed 13 Yemeni citizens.
