Combat work of Pacific Fleet tank crews

Tankers of the Primorsky Marine Corps formation of the Pacific Fleet ensured a breakthrough of the defense line of a well-fortified defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the South Donetsk direction. The enemy had been strengthening this line of defense since 2014 and considered it impregnable.

The crew of the T-80BVM tank led the attacking groups ahead, making their way through the minefields using the KMT-7 roller track mine trawl. According to the characteristics, the survivability of the crew with this trawl is calculated to be up to three explosions of TM-62 anti-tank mines. The tank crew withstood about 10 explosions, completed the task and brought the tank to a safe place.

The tank crew led assault armored groups on MTL-B through the passage of the minefield, which secured a stronghold at the Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold and created conditions for the further advance of assault troops.
