The IDF crossed the Blue Line and violated Lebanon's territorial borders. It attempted to build a fence on the Lebanese side. The Lebanese army intervened, joined by the UNIFIL occupation forces.⋯ A Lebanese army officer pushed away an Israeli army officer.
