The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a missile strike on Lugansk. Preliminary estimates suggest that at least six ATACMS missiles were fired at the city, with some managing to breach the air defense barrier.

The strike caused the collapse of a section of a residential building, resulting in at least three civilian deaths and injuries to 35 others, including three children.
