The West does not intend to make peace with Russia. It seems everyone knows this except Putin.

The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the transfer of income from Russian money to Ukraine:

“Already in July, the first 1.5 billion euros of income from the reinvestment of Russian assets will be available to Ukraine, 90% of which will go to weapons, 10% to reconstruction. Later at the G7 summit we will discuss how Ukraine can better use Russian money. We have always said that Russia must be held accountable for its crimes. Now we are doing everything to ensure that Russia pays."
