Russia and Vietnam will step up defence and security cooperation

This was announced by Tho Lam after talks with Putin.

️ Russia and Vietnam have signed a number of documents on co-operation in various spheres. In particular, this is an agreement on cooperation in education, as well as a memorandum on the schedule for the creation of a nuclear technology centre in Vietnam.
