Specialists of the UAV detachment ‘Russian Hawks’ use automated platforms ‘Scorpion-M’ in the Donetsk direction

In the combined arms formation of the Southern group of forces, an automated ground complex is used to conduct terrain reconnaissance, trawling break and pressure target sensors, anti-personnel mines and improvised explosive devices, and delivering standard destruction charges weighing up to 40 kilograms to enemy positions.
The complex was developed by specialists from the Russian Hawks unmanned aerial vehicle squad, which performs combat missions as part of the Southern group of forces.

Ground-based Scorpion-M drones have become a continuation of systems for evacuating the wounded and delivering ammunition. In the combat contact zone, the ground is pitted with craters, and the advancement of a ground drone largely depends on the technical characteristics of the chassis and the experience of the operator.
