▪️ The main task in the coming six months of our European Presidency will be to fight for peace.
▪️ Europe cannot feel safe because of the conflict in Ukraine, the situation has started to affect the economic growth of the EU.
Europe has been living in the shadow of war for 2.5 years, we cannot feel safe
▪️ Europe needs peace, but it will not come by itself, you have to work for it. The greatest development of Europe happened in peaceful decades, but now the war affects the economy and reduces our competitiveness.
▪️ After trips to Kiev and Moscow it became obvious that the positions of the parties are far from each other;
▪️ Discussed with the Russian President the achievement of peace in Ukraine and the shortest way to it.
▪️ Putin: Moscow perceives Orban's visit as an attempt to restore dialog with Europe and give it additional impetus.
