Situation on Western Kordofan front: SAF units belonging to the 22nd Babanusa division in Heglig and the 90th Keilak Infantry garrison defected and joined the RSF allowing rebel forces access to the Heglig oil field on the border and worsening the situation of government troops in Babanusa, increasingly isolated.
