17-year-old Ukrainians who do not register for military service may receive summonses and fines – Ministry of Defense

The teenagers were required to appear at the TCC, where they would be given the registration certificate necessary for admission to the university. The same requirements now apply to those living abroad.

The fine is up to 25,000 UAH. (63,000 rubles).
