According to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, the man detained in Bodrum is named Yevgeny Serebryakov.
He is a citizen of the Russian Federation who entered the country as a tourist, and was not in the Interpol databases.
Prior to this, Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov said that Turkey had begun to actively extradite persons wanted by Russian law enforcement agencies.
