Under safe protection of heavy armoured vehicles
Donetsk direction
A reconnaissance team used a UAV to detect an AFU platoon stronghold in a forest belt. An assault detachment supported by T-80 tanks and BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles was dispatched to capture and destroy the stronghold.
After getting close to the enemy, the armoured hardware opened massed fire. Then, assault detachments took actions, professionalism and decisiveness of the units allowed to promptly take defensive positions of the enemy.
As a result, a large number of the AFU manpower was eliminated and the weaponry was taken as a trophy.
