Putin arrived in Azerbaijani capital, Baku, on a two-day state visit

The Russian president will hold talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev. The two leaders will discuss the development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations and current international and regional issues.

This is Putin’s eighth visit to Azerbaijan. His last trip was in September 2018.
