Hammer time: Haitian man rages at Chilean airport after learning he was scammed with fake ticket

The man was arrested at Santiago International after taking a hammer to the American Airlines check-in counter, authorities said.

He flew into a rage when he learned he’d been sold a fake ticket to Miami, where he was planning to transfer to Haiti.

Authorities estimate he caused $22,000 in damage after destroying five computers and six screens.
