Initial report - #IDF and ISA forces are encircling a residence in Hebron where the terrorist who is suspected of carrying out the shooting attack at the Idna Tarqumiyah Junction this morning is likely barricaded inside. A terrorist was eliminated at the scene. The investigation into the terror attack continues. Details to follow.
