Belgorod casualties from Ukrainian shelling up to 11 - Governor Gladkov

Among the wounded are two children, both in serious condition. One has a penetrating shrapnel wound to the abdomen and an open fracture of the right foot, the second has extensive wounds to both legs.

Windows were broken in 22 apartments in 14 multi-story buildings, and 21 cars were damaged by shrapnel. Roofs, facades, windows and fences were damaged in eight private homes.
