Blinken claims #Russia’s "weaponizing cold" (00:16 in left vid) by blasting apart its energy systems which is why that cash supposedly going to repair grid and definitely not straight into Mad Vlad Zelensky’s and his cronies’ pockets.

What price does #Ukraine have to pay for all this cash? They have to fight till they’re all dead according to Blinken:
