Trump critics outraged after former president calls illegal immigrant gangs ‘animals’

Donald Trump lashed out against immigrant gangs during a rally, pledging to visit an Ohio town involved in pet-eating rumors which recently fueled his campaign.

The Republican nominee labeled the MS-13 gang as "animals", referencing the 2016 murder of two schoolgirls by one of their members, and vowed harsh penalties for those returning after deportation.

“We’re going to take those violent people and we’re going to ship them back to their country, and if they come back in, they’re going to pay a hell of a price,” he warned.
