Novosibirsk residents were able to preserve a donor heart for up to 10 hours

The possibility of increasing the shelf life of donor hearts to 10 hours has been proven by specialists from Novosibirsk. The experiment was carried out at the National Medical Research Center named after Academician Meshalkin of the Russian Ministry of Health.

️The applied method almost doubled the currently available storage time for donor hearts.
