Yulia recorded a video message that will be sent to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Earlier in the day, Yulia Poliy received a call from Ukraine and was informed that her husband was being held captive and that she would have to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office or they would send her a video with her husband's severed head.
