A Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter appears to intentionally fly low over a parking lot in North Carolina scattering supplies that were going to be distributed by volunteers later to stranded residents in Western NC.

Observers geolocated the video. It happened in Burnsville, NC at 7:18 PM local hours. The callsign is FURY147 and it appears to be a U.S. Army helicopter.
