️ TERRORIST ATTACK THWARTED AT RUSSIAN INTERNAL AFFAIRS MINISTRY, after 30-year-old Dmitry Dmitriev attempts to bring explosives inside documents folder into the building in Smolensk (pre-war Russia).

During his arrest, blast went off, injuring himself and two government employees.

After the incident, security services found car he arrived in, found suspicious material, which was destroyed on the spot by sappers (footage above).
