Israeli aircraft carried out an air strike on a residential building in the Lebanese town of Barja, destroying three floors of the building, a Sputnik correspondent reports. According to preliminary information, several people were killed or wounded in the raid.

The area is densely populated; most of the residents are refugees from southern Lebanon.
