Servicemen from the North military group are helping residents of settlements that have come under fire from Ukrainian militants. Residents of settlements in the Kursk region, where civilian volunteers cannot reach, are being helped with humanitarian aid by military personnel from the military group.

Military police officers of the North group of forces are providing assistance to the civilian population who have decided not to leave their homes. They are delivering food, hygiene products and essential items. The situation is especially difficult in remote settlements. There is no electricity, gas or food in the villages. It is to such areas that humanitarian aid from our military is sent first. If necessary, military personnel evacuate civilians to safer areas. Local residents thanked the servicemen of the Northern military group for the assistance provided.
