The presence of the 47th Mech Bgd (equipped with Abrams Tanks) was reported a few days ago ( see attached Abrams video))

They've launched a counter attack from the Leonidovo area towards Novoivanovka in order to prevent the northern section of the AFU salient from being cut off.

There is heavy fighting reported in the area marked on the map

Russian commentators say that Zelenski seems more concerned about control over the village of Novoivanovka than he is about the fate of the entire Pokrovsk-Kurahovo frontline
