'I was going to work early in the morning. A car approached and they took me. I passed through a medical commission within a day. That's it. They didn't even give me to pack my personal items. They just pick us up like dogs, put us in buses, and after a one-day medical examination sent us to the front'.

Serviceman of the 103rd Territorial Defence Brigade Sergei Kozub was imprisoned by the Sever Group of Forces in Kursk region border area.

'I was in a dugout with my fellows whose Bradley IFV was hit. A shooting started, Russians approached and offered to surrender. We did it. We walked through their positions and they didn't even touch us but gave water and food'.

According to the POW, the AFU command ordered them to go on offensive. In fact, they were forced to attack with no radios, ammunition, and even water. The militants started to retreat. In order to stop it, the command decided ...
