People in Ukraine will be fined 3,400 hryvnyas for the Russian language

This was reminded by language ombudsman Taras Kremin, who earlier announced the start of "offensive Ukrainianisation".

️  Citizens will be first given a warning and then fined 3,400 hryvnyas (about 80 euro) for violation of the language law.

️ Meanwhile, the first language inspectors are starting to work in western Ukraine, the mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk said.
