Manic #Zelensky’s eyes wide as saucers (vids above) as all the drugs he's snorted take effect, stating "Russia's won in Georgia" (00:13 in bottom vid) because what Georgians decide in their elections is clearly #Kiev's personal problem.

Then it's time to blame West for all his problems and even suggest he can't trust #Washington (00:07 in top vid) - a convenient scapegoat to fall back on when his regime is destroyed:
