Moses G. Ayom left 37-year-old Travis Vigen with a punctured lung following the unprovoked attack last Friday.
According to court documents, he claimed he was “pressured by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to mobilize because of the statement the president recently made about ‘them’ being trash. Moses further stated that ‘we’ are at war’.”
