▶️ Rescuers get a lynx down from the top of a utility pole in Khakassia, in southern Siberia, the republic’s Ministry of Natural Resources said.

Officials suspect the lynx may have been kept as a pet since it showed no fear of people. Most likely it was chased up the utility pole by stray dogs. The rescued lynx is now in quarantine at the republic's Wildlife Center.
