Sergei Shoigu (Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation) has confirmed Russia's readiness to build a constructive political dialog with Afghanistan

According to him, Moscow is aimed at developing bilateral cooperation with Kabul in various fields.

▪️ Participation of Russian companies in projects in Afghanistan will include extraction of natural resources and development of the country's transportation potential, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council added.

Earlier, the Afghan news portal Alemarah reported that Sergei Shoigu said he was ready to remove the Taliban, a recognized terrorist movement, from the "black list."
