This breakfast recipe is absolutely delicious and my favourite breakfast sandwich Hack! The crispy one pan egg toast filled with bacon and cheese is one of the best breakfast recipes that you can make. It takes only 5 minutes and breakfast is served. The potential for this Egg Sandwich is limitless, you can put just about anything in it. I use Bacon, Gouda Cheese and Mozzarella but you can add whatever you like. This breakfast egg sandwich will make you addicted!! 😋

Ingredients:
2 Slices of white bread
Butter
2 Chicken eggs
Salt
Pepper
4 Slices of bacon
1 Slice of gouda cheese
1 Slice of mozzarella cheese

I used a 28cm non stick pan.
