Punk legend Patti Smith earned worldwide fame for her hit, “Because the Night.” Behind the single, Smith’s album “Easter” became her biggest commercial success. Behind that iconic album cover is her longtime friend, photographer Lynn Goldsmith. Anthony Mason spoke to them about their new book, “Before Easter After,” where they celebrate a nearly five-decade collaboration.
