Documentary footage, shot by photographic officer Captain Howard P. Kingsmore and Pvt. Phil Tannura (U.S. Signal Corps) in December 1918, showing the building in Yekaterinburg, Russia, where Tsar Nicholas II and his family was murdered in July 1918.
