Chicken breast 180g
instant rice 125g
zucchini 200g
onion 50g
garlic cloves 2
black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
soy sauce 20g
honey 15g
(balsamic) vinegar creme 5g
cornstarch 1g
black pepper, chili flakes
Chop up zucchini and onions. Cut chicken into thin strips. Season the chicken with black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and chili powder or cayenne pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients in a glass and mix.
Start by frying the zucchini with a bit of salt in a pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add some oil and add in the onions, keep frying for 2 more minutes. Add more oil and now add the chicken breast and fry one side for 1 minute until the meat gets some brown color. Flip everything and fry the other side for 1 more minute. Add a bit more oil and now add minced garlic or add it in with a garlic press. Keep frying the garlic for 15 seconds and now add the rice with the sauce and combine everything for 20-30 seconds until the rice is hot. Done!
