If you struggle, please consider talking to a therapist. There is no shame in that. Don't wait until it gets worse. Try to find the right therapist for you. Choose someone that you feel you'd get along with and connect with. But always remember that therapy takes time. Your therapist can't fix all your problems from the first moment. He or she will be there for you, to help you, to give you ideas, and to keep you on track on your journey. There will be moments when you will feel that maybe therapy is not for you, and you can't find a meaning to all of this. This is because you want all your problems to disappear right away. But that's not how this works. You need to give yourself time. It may be 1-2 months or maybe more. But it's a journey worth taking.

You can use a journal to help you keep track of your thoughts.
You can also use a different journal for setting goals for every day, like a To-Do list. This will keep you on track.
